Waiver Required to Participate
All guests participating in any activity with Rockaboo Mountain Adventures will be required to read and agree to our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Waiver”) as a condition of participating in the activity. If the Waiver is not completed, the individual will not be permitted to participate, and a refund will be provided.
- The Waiver will be available for completion when you arrive to check-in for the activity,
and a copy is available for preview below. - Each adult must sign their own Waiver.
- A parent/legal guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor/child.
- This Waiver requirement applies to all individual who wish to participate using your
booking. If you are booking for others, please make them aware of this Waiver
requirement and provide them a link to the Waiver so they can review it.
PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.
